Our smaller continuous SüPR•2G systems are designed for research on the pretreatment of biomass for the cellulosic ethanol and renewable chemicals industries. These systems are defined by their throughput and include bench-, lab- and pilot-scale reactors:


These reactors are designed for researchers developing the next generation of microorganisms, enzymes, feedstocks and crops, producing representative volumes of pretreated fiber and hydrolyzate.

  • 3 in (7.5 cm) diameter screw feeder
  • 6 in (15 cm) diameter by 4.5 ft (1.4 m) reactor
  • Retention times to 20 minutes
  • Mounted on a 4.8 ft x 7.3 ft (1.5 m x 2.2 m) platform for easy transport and mobility
  • Integral PLC/touch screen HMI control system
  • Versatile, corrosion resistant metallurgy, Alloy 825
  • ASME or PED designed for 300 psig at 400°F (20 bar at 204°C)
  • Ethernet connection to your data acquisition system
  • Optional electric boiler
